Other Zieseniss artists in Germany

Heinrich Zieseniß (1919-1994) - technical draftsman, painter and graphic artist

Since Heinrich Zieseniß came from a farming background, he initially did an agricultural apprenticeship. When he was middle-aged (1957-59) he studied painting, sculpture and design in Hanover. Finally he became a technical draftsman for Deutsche Bahn and was involved in the artistic field there.

Zi-fec Collection owns four of his works:

1. A poster (silkscreen) for a general exhibition by the artist in Lehrte near Hanover with a dedication on the reverse

2. A poster draft with the misleading signature ZIESENIS71, which suggests a stage name 'Ziesenis'

3. A screen print depicting irises

4. A Deutsche Bahn commemorative publication from 1984 with a cover designed by him

Other paintings and drawings by the artist are owned by his descendants.
